Job Details

Job Description: We are hiring an Inventory Head to manage stock control, coordinate with production and branches, and ensure accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership qualities, practical common sense, and hands-on experience in UAE bakery/FMCG inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor stock levels for raw materials, packaging, and finished bakery products
• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and variance reporting
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and branches for timely replenishment
• Lead and supervise inventory/warehouse staff
• Ensure proper storage, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards
• Follow up on pending stock issues, supplier deliveries, and discrepancies
• Maintain accurate system entries and documentation
Requirements:
• 2–3 years UAE experience in inventory, warehouse, or bakery/FMCG environment
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage staff
• Good common sense, problem-solving ability, and practical decision-making
• Knowledge of stock control systems and basic reporting
• Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
• Physically fit and responsible
