Job Description: We are hiring a Branch Manager with solid experience in managing a bakery/retail outlet. The ideal candidate must be able to handle the store independently, manage staff, ensure smooth daily functioning, and apply practical common sense in decision making. The candidate must also understand sales boosting protocols and know how to improve customer experience and branch performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee branch operations, staff performance, customer service, and product quality
• Handle the store independently, ensuring readiness for opening and closing
• Implement sales increasing protocols such as upselling, product display, customer engagement, and promotions
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Inventory/Production for replenishment
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and compliance with company standards
• Manage cash handling, POS accuracy, and daily sales reports
• Train, guide, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards
• Resolve customer issues professionally and maintain strong customer satisfaction
• Maintain proper documentation, attendance, and branch reporting
Requirements:
• Previous experience as Branch Manager or Senior Supervisor in bakery/retail
• 2–3 years UAE experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Good common sense, practical judgment, and problem solving ability
• Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service, and branch performance improvement
• Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
• Responsible, reliable, and well presented
