Senior Barista Requirements
Position: Senior Barista
* Minimum 2-3 years of barista experience
* Experience in specialty coffee and espresso-based drinks
* Strong latte art skills
* Knowledge of coffee extraction, grinder calibration, and milk texturing
* Experience creating signature drinks and seasonal beverages
* Able to follow beverage trends and create trending drinks for social media
* Experience working in cafés, coffee shops, or drive-thru concepts
* Good customer service and communication skills
* Clean, organized, and able to maintain hygiene standards
* Able to work independently and take responsibility for the bar station
* Currently in the UAE
* Available to join immediately
* No candidates with a one-month notice period
