Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, guest-focused, and energetic Waiter to join our front-of-house team. As the face of Teklos Butchery & Grill, you will be responsible for providing warm, efficient, and authentic hospitality to our guests. If you have a passion for excellent service, a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a vibrant team environment, we would love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guest Welcoming & Seating: Great guests with a warm, professional attitude, guide them to their tables, and present menus.
* Menu Knowledge & Recommendations: Develop a deep understanding of our menu, especially our signature kebabs and tikka, to confidently answer guest questions, explain ingredients, and upsell specialties.
* Order Taking & Accuracy: Accurately take food and beverage orders and promptly enter them into the POS system, ensuring any special dietary requests or preferences are communicated clearly to the kitchen.
Food & Beverage Service: Serve dishes and drinks efficiently, ensuring meals are presented beautifully and reach the table at the perfect temperature.
* Table Maintenance: Clear tables swiftly, reset dining areas for incoming guests, and ensure the dining room remains immaculate, organized, and welcoming throughout the shift.
*Billing & Payments: Process guest bills and handle cash or card transactions accurately and professionally.

Requirements & Qualifications:
* Experience: Previous experience as a Waiter or Server in a fast-casual or high-volume restaurant environment is highly preferred.
* Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills; ability to interact confidently and politely with a diverse

* Customer-First Attitude: A natural sense of hospitality, a positive demeanor, and the ability to anticipate guest needs to deliver a memorable dining experience.
* Stamina & Efficiency: Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, multitask effectively, and maintain high energy levels during busy peak hours.
* Team Alignment: A collaborative spirit, working seamlessly with both front-of-house and kitchen teams to maintain a smooth flow of service.
