We are looking for a dedicated Filipino Waiter/Waitress with a minimum 2 years of UAE experience in the Food & Beverage industry to join our growing team.

A restaurant server is the primary point of contact for diners, responsible for creating a welcoming experience. Their duties include greeting guests, taking and accurately inputting orders, delivering food and beverages, managing payments, and maintaining a clean dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service: Welcoming guests, answering menu questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring high satisfaction.
2. Order Processing: Taking food and drink orders and communicating them accurately to the kitchen and bar via POS systems.
3. Food Delivery: Serving courses promptly, checking on tables, and ensuring the correct orders reach the right guests.
4. Payment Handling: Preparing bills, processing cash or credit card transactions, and managing the cash drawer.
5. Sanitation & Upkeep: Clearing and resetting tables, rolling silverware, and assisting with opening/closing sidework

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years experience of proven waitering or customer service experience in Food & Beverage Industry
2. Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) software and cash handling.
3. Deep understanding of menu items, ingredients, and allergen protocols.
4. The physical ability to lift heavy trays and remain on your feet for extended periods.
