Job Details
We are looking for a Female Head Barista to join our specialty coffee shop in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with coffee shop setup before opening
• Train and supervise baristas
• Ensure coffee quality and consistency
• Perform espresso calibration and latte art
• Prepare and maintain beverage recipes
• Manage daily coffee bar operations
• Monitor inventory and stock levels
• Maintain cleanliness and customer service standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of Specialty Coffee experience
• Strong espresso and latte art skills
• Experience training baristas
• Good communication and leadership skills
• UAE experience preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,000 depending on experience and qualifications
