Job Details

Brew Lane Café is a new speciality coffee shop opening in Binghatti Phoenix Tower, JVC, Dubai. We're hiring an experienced full-time Barista to join our opening team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Prepare espresso, milk-based, filter (V60/batch) and cold drinks to our recipes
- Dial in espresso daily and keep quality consistent
- Steam milk and pour latte art
- Take orders, handle POS payments and balance the till
- Serve food items such as sandwiches and pastries
- Follow Dubai Municipality food safety and hygiene standards
- Open and close the café, clean the bar and equipment, and help with stock

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1-2 years barista experience, speciality coffee preferred
- Confident with espresso, milk texturing and latte art
- Good spoken English (other languages a plus)
- Able to train and support junior baristas
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Friendly, reliable, clean and calm under pressure

NICE TO HAVE
- Barista Skills Certificate
- Filter brewing experience (V60, Chemex, AeroPress)
- Experience with Foodics or delivery apps (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem)
- Café opening experience
- Food safety Certificate

WE OFFER
- AED 3,000 per month

- 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, 2 rest days
