WE ARE HIRING – SKILLED MALE BARISTA
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
Dalla N Dough is looking for a skilled and passionate male barista who genuinely understands coffee — not someone who has simply memorised recipes.
Requirements:
• Proven barista experience
• Strong latte art skills
• Confident in preparing V60 coffee
• Able to prepare matcha beverages professionally
• Good knowledge of coffee beans, extraction, grind adjustment and milk texturing
• Clean, reliable and able to work efficiently under pressure
• Filipino or Nepali candidates are preferred, but skilled candidates of all nationalities are welcome
Job Details:
• 10-hour shift
• One day off per week
• A meal is provided during the shift
• Candidates with their own valid visa are preferred
• Company visa can be provided if required
• Competitive salary, determined after the interview based on experience and practical skills
