Job Details
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and versatile Service Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our cafeteria—delivering great customer experiences at the front while supporting light operations behind the counter.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & POS: Warmly greet customers, explain menu items, take orders accurately, and handle POS billing (cash and card payments).
Dining & Front of House: Serve food and beverages promptly, maintain clean dining and counter areas, and handle table turnaround.
Store Operations: Carry out daily store opening and closing duties, restock front-of-house supplies, and assist with inventory counts.
Kitchen Support: Assist with food packaging, order bagging/labeling, organizing preparation stations, and light kitchen tasks during peak hours.
Requirements
Communication: Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills (essential).
Customer Focus: Friendly, presentable, and polite with a natural service-first mindset.
Adaptability: Willingness to multitask between cashiering, table service, and kitchen prep.
Experience: Previous experience as a waiter, cashier, or cafe all-rounder in the UAE is preferred (freshers with high energy and good English are welcome).
