Job Details
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiters / Waitresses to join our hospitality team in Dubai. Candidates should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to provide excellent service to guests.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Prepare, clear, and maintain tables and dining areas.
- Respond politely to guest requests and enquiries.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure guests receive excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant, café, or hotel experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Basic to good English communication skills.
- Friendly, polite, presentable, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
- Willing to work flexible shifts when required.
- Candidates must currently be available in the UAE.
