About Us
We are a new coffee shop preparing to open in Dubai, bringing together a passion for quality coffee,
artisanal pastries, and attention to detail. We are looking for an accountant to join our team and help
establish efficient financial processes from day one.
Responsibilities:
—Manage bookkeeping and financial records in accordance with UAE regulations
—Handle invoices, deliveries, purchase orders, and inventory
—Monitor cost of goods sold and track stock movement
—Prepare financial reports, including income and expense statements
—Liaise with suppliers and internal team regarding payments
—Participate in stock counts and reporting.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an accountant in a coffee shop, café, or F&B environment
Knowledge of UAE accounting standards and regulations
Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks, 1C)
Fluent in English, Russian language skills are a plus
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to organize financial processes from scratch.
Conditions:
