Employment Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract (Global Village Season)

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Senior Specialty Coffee Barista to join our team for the full Global Village season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare all types of specialty coffee and other café beverages to a consistently high standard
• Perform espresso machine setup, coffee calibration and grinder adjustment
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate professionally with customers
• Handle busy service periods efficiently and accurately
• Operate and maintain the coffee machine and other café equipment
• Monitor stock levels, organize inventory and report required supplies
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards
• Handle customer concerns and solve operational issues calmly
• Support cashiering and daily café operations when required

Requirements:

• Proven specialty coffee experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, calibration and machine operation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in stock and inventory management
• Reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure
• Must be available and committed for the full Global Village season
• Immediate availability is preferred

Salary: AED 2,500–3,000 per month, depending on experience
