Restaurant Supervisor – 2 Positions
Head Chef – 2 Positions
Pizza Maker – 2 Positions
Barista – 1 Position
Waitress – 3 Positions
Bike Rider – 2 Positions
We are looking for candidates who are professional, presentable, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a busy restaurant environment.
Restaurant Supervisor: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant UAE/GCC restaurant experience preferred. Must have strong knowledge of restaurant operations, staff supervision, customer service, POS systems, cash handling, stock control, and daily opening/closing procedures. Good communication and leadership skills are essential.
Head Chef: Strong experience in professional restaurant kitchens. Must be capable of managing kitchen operations, food quality and presentation, recipe consistency, food costing, portion control, wastage, hygiene standards, stock management, and kitchen staff. Experience with Japanese/Asian cuisine, sushi/maki, pasta, or fusion cuisine will be an advantage.
Pizza Maker: Previous professional experience in pizza preparation is required. Must have good knowledge of pizza dough preparation, proofing, stretching, sauce and topping preparation, portion control, and oven handling. Candidates should be able to maintain consistent quality, presentation, and hygiene standards in a busy kitchen.
Barista: Experience preparing coffee and café beverages, maintaining quality standards, handling equipment, and providing good customer service. Candidates should be clean, organized, and presentable.
Waitress: Previous restaurant experience preferred. Must have good communication skills, a pleasant and professional attitude, knowledge of order taking and customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Bike Rider: Previous UAE delivery experience preferred. Must have a valid UAE motorcycle driving license, good knowledge of local roads/navigation apps, and be able to handle restaurant deliveries safely and on time. Candidates should be responsible, punctual, and professional when dealing with customers.
