We are looking for experienced and professional Waiters / Waitresses to join our team in Dubai.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant hospitality experience in Dubai / UAE
- Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a restaurant, café, bakery, hotel, or similar hospitality environment
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good command of English
- Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Positive and professional attitude toward guests and colleagues
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and provide information about menu items
- Serve food and beverages according to company service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, counter, and other service team members
- Follow company hygiene, food safety, and operational standards
- Support the team during busy service periods
