We are seeking an organised and hands-on Catering Supervisor to oversee food service operations and lead the catering team through daily preparation and service. Reporting to the Catering Manager or F&B Manager, the successful candidate will ensure that meals are prepared and served to standard, on schedule, and within budget, whether for a staff cafeteria, institutional catering, or event-based service.

The core of the role is service supervision. The Catering Supervisor oversees meal preparation and service throughout the day, ensuring portion sizes, presentation, and quality meet the required standard and that service runs on schedule for scheduled meal times or event timings. The supervisor is present on the floor during service, checking food quality and temperature, monitoring queue flow, and stepping in personally when volume or timing demands it.
