Job Details
We are a newly opened coffee shop in Dubai looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other drinks.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the coffee bar and work area.
Handle cash/POS transactions accurately when required.
Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all beverages.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Maintain adequate stock of coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining excellent customer service.
Requirements
Previous barista experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee-making techniques.
Friendly, positive, and customer-focused personality.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
