Job Details
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and purchasing requirements.
Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
Control operational costs and minimize wastage.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE food safety regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety.
Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting.
Candidates with UAE restaurant experience will be preferred.
Candidates must be available to join in Dubai.
