Candidate Profile

• Previous Dubai real estate experience preferred
• Experience in Secondary, Off-Plan and/or Commercial Real Estate
• Good knowledge of Dubai freehold markets
• Ability to generate listings and develop buyer/investor relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Existing owner, buyer or investor network is an advantage
• UAE driving licence and own car are an advantage

Our office is conveniently located at Business Village, Port Saeed – Near City Centre Deira, making it especially convenient for professionals residing around Deira, Bur Dubai, Karama, Al Nahda and nearby areas.

We believe productive real estate agents should be active in the market, not simply sitting in the office all day.

Our consultants are encouraged to spend their time meeting owners, securing listings, attending viewings, meeting buyers and investors, and closing transactions across Dubai’s major freehold markets.
