We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, excellent communication skills, and ability to generate leads and close property transactions.
Requirements:
0-1 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Property Consultancy.( Freshers also can apply)
Strong knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market.
Experience in property sales, leasing, and client relationship management.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct property viewings and market presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
Stay updated with market trends, property values, and regulatory changes.
Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transaction processes.
Compensation & Benefits:
