WE ARE HIRING – REAL ESTATE BROKER
Wide Way Real Estate Brokers is seeking an experienced, ambitious, and results-driven Real Estate Broker to join our growing team in Dubai.
Position: Real Estate Broker
Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities
* Generate and manage property sales and leasing leads.
* Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
* Conduct client meetings and property viewings.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
* Generate new business through networking, referrals, and personal prospecting.
* Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions.
* Follow up on company-generated and self-generated leads.
* Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, communities, developers, and property prices.
* Handle off-plan and secondary market properties.
* Maintain accurate client records and sales activities using CRM systems.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
* Proven experience in property sales and/or leasing.
* Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and communities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
* Strong sales, networking, and lead-generation abilities.
* Experience in off-plan and secondary market properties is preferred.
* RERA Broker Card or willingness to obtain one is preferred.
* UAE Driving License is preferred.
* Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
* Self-motivated, professional, disciplined, and target-driven.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
* Immediate availability is an advantage.
