INCA Real Estate LLC is growing — and we’re looking for ambitious Real Estate Professionals who are ready to perform, earn, and grow with us.

We are currently hiring:
• Real Estate Sales Consultants – Secondary Market
• Real Estate Leasing Consultants
If you have at least 1 year of Dubai real estate experience, strong market knowledge, and the hunger to close deals, we want to hear from you.

Who We’re Looking For
• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience – mandatory
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Currently based in Dubai
• UAE Driving License is preferred
Your Role
• Manage sales and leasing transactions
• Build strong relationships with clients and property owners
• Conduct property viewings and presentations
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Generate new business and leads
• Negotiate and close transactions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
