Seven Ocean Real Estate LLC is looking for a professional and experienced Real Estate Administrator to join our team.

We are seeking someone with strong knowledge of Dubai real estate procedures, DLD/RERA regulations, property portals, and CRM systems.

🔑 Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily real estate paperwork and administrative tasks.
Manage and update property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
Handle listings through Trakheesi and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
Prepare and process DLD/RERA forms, including Form A, B & F, MOUs, NOCs, and other transaction documents.
Ensure sales and rental transactions comply with DLD and RERA regulations.
Conduct AML/KYC compliance checks and collect required client documentation.
Track transactions and coordinate property transfers, appointments, and developer handovers.
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the transaction process.
Provide administrative and basic client support.
Coordinate schedules and assist real estate agents with daily requirements.
Use and maintain CRM systems effectively.
👤 Requirements:
Previous experience in Real Estate Administration in Dubai.
Good knowledge of DLD & RERA procedures and regulations.
Experience with Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, Trakheesi, and CRM systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions.
Professional, responsible, and able to work independently.
