Job Details

An established property inspection company in Dubai is hiring an experienced Snagging Property Inspector for residential and commercial inspections across Dubai and the UAE.

The successful candidate must be able to independently inspect apartments, villas and townhouses, identify construction and MEP defects, and prepare professional digital inspection reports.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-handover, handover, resale and de-snagging inspections
• Identify defects in finishes, structure, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems
• Test doors, windows, sanitary fittings, sockets, drainage and air-conditioning performance
• Detect moisture, leakage, thermal anomalies and workmanship issues
• Produce clear reports with photographs, defect locations and corrective recommendations
• Communicate professionally with clients, developers and contractors

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of hands-on snagging or property inspection experience, preferably in the UAE
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, Architecture, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Relevant building inspection, snagging or QA/QC certification
• Strong knowledge of construction finishes and MEP systems
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Able to use thermal cameras, moisture meters, laser levels, socket testers and other inspection equipment
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred
• Must be available immediately or on short notice
