Position Overview
Eagle Crest Properties LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Administrator to support daily operations, manage documentation, and assist agents, landlords, and tenants with administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Manage property listings, documents, and administrative records
Handle documentation and processes related to tenancy, leasing, and property transactions
Ensure compliance with RERA, Ejari, and Dubai real estate regulations
Maintain and update CRM systems and online property portals
Coordinate communication between clients, agents, landlords, and tenants
Support basic property marketing efforts, including social media coordination
Maintain organized filing systems for contracts and property records
Assist with general office administration and multitasking across priorities

Requirements

Minimum 1+ year of UAE real estate administrative experience preferred
Strong knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, and online property portals
Good communication and organizational skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Working knowledge of UAE real estate procedures, documentation, and tenancy processes
Familiarity with RERA, Ejari, and Dubai real estate regulations
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Professional communication skills with clients, agents, landlords, and tenants
Experience with social media or basic property marketing is an advantage
