Experienced Real Estate Sales & Leasing Brokers Wanted
Our company is looking for ambitious, energetic, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Brokers and Leasing Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.
If you have a proven track record in the Dubai secondary / off plan market and are passionate about building a successful real estate career, we’d like to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate brokerage experience (mandatory)
* Strong understanding of Dubai’s secondary sales and leasing market
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
* Self-motivated, disciplined, goal-oriented, consistent, and excellent at client follow-up
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
* Currently residing in Dubai
* UAE Driving License and own vehicle are preferred
Your Responsibilities
* Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
* Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and client referrals
* Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice
* Build long-term relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors
* Promote listings across digital and traditional marketing platforms
* Negotiate offers and manage transactions from inquiry to closing
* Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and new opportunities
* Consistently achieve individual sales and leasing targets
