Bloomspace Realty is looking for an experienced Real Estate Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. We are looking for someone who understands the Dubai property market, has experience dealing with buyers, tenants, landlords and sellers, and knows how to use social media to generate visibility and build their personal brand.

This role is ideal for a motivated real estate professional who wants strong earning potential, quality leads, and a supportive company environment.

Responsibilities:

* Work on buyer and tenant leads provided by the company.
* Assist clients with property viewings, negotiations, offers and closing deals.
* Build and maintain relationships with landlords, sellers, buyers and tenants.
* Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, prices, communities and new projects.
* Create and post property-related content on social media platforms.
* Promote listings professionally through social media, WhatsApp and property portals.
* Follow up with leads consistently and maintain proper communication with clients.
* Coordinate with the team for listings, documentation and deal closures.
* Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in Dubai real estate is required.
* Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, rental and sales market.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to use social media confidently for property marketing.
* Must be self-motivated, disciplined and target-driven.
* Professional appearance and client-handling skills.
* Knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle or CRM systems is an advantage.
* UAE driving licence and own car is preferred.
