The Role
As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for understanding and fulfilling client briefs with precision, integrity, and market expertise. You will manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, guiding them through acquisition, disposal, and portfolio decisions across Dubai's primary and secondary markets.

What We're Looking For

A proven sales professional with hands-on experience in the Dubai real estate market
Demonstrated experience managing and advising High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients
Self-motivated with a strong personal drive to exceed targets and deliver results
A fast learner who can rapidly absorb market intelligence, project pipelines, and client requirements
Resilient and composed under pressure — someone who sees challenges as opportunities
A collaborative team player who nonetheless takes full accountability for their own performance
