Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic, professional, and self-motivated Real Estate Agents to join our team. Whether you’re just starting out or bring industry experience, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a supportive company and thrive in Dubai’s dynamic real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle property sales and leasing transactions from start to finish.
* Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
* Build and maintain a strong network of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
* Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices and legal requirements.
* Manage CRM systems and property listings across digital platforms.
* Negotiate contracts, offers, and lease agreements.
* Stay updated with real estate laws and market trends in Dubai.
* Assist clients throughout the entire sales or leasing process, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Generate new leads through networking, referrals and marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience in real estate sales and leasing (Dubai market experience preferred).
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* A persuasive and confident public speaker with excellent presentation skills.
* Strong sales and closing abilities.
* Experience in client relationship management.
* Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
* Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, RERA regulations, and property laws.
