We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build a strong client portfolio.
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers.
- Maintain up-to-date property listings on real estate portals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
- Stay informed about the Dubai real estate market and current property trends.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Dubai real estate is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
- Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle is a plus.
