We are an established real estate brokerage looking for driven, self-motivated, and experienced Real Estate Agents specializing in both the Off-Plan and Secondary Markets in Dubai.

Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of active real estate experience in Dubai (Essential).
Strong expertise in navigating both the Off-Plan sector (launch mechanics, payment plans) and the Secondary Market (DLD regulations, Form A/B/F, sales transfers).
An existing network or database of investors and buyers is highly preferred.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
Fluency in English (additional languages like French, Russian, or Arabic are a huge plus).
Financial Terms:
This is a commission-based role (No basic salary).
