This is a front-line sales support role. You will be the first human voice and touch point that our inbound leads experience after they enquire about one of our developments. Your sole focus is to engage leads quickly, build rapport, qualify their interest, and book them onto a call with our senior sales consultant.
This is through Whatsapp, Instagram & Calling The Inbound Leads / Leads in our CRM.
*PLEASE BARE IN MIND A LOT OF OUR LEADS ARE BASED IN THE USA, WHICH MEANS YOUR SHIFT WILL START LATE IN DUBAI TIME AND END IN EARLY MORNING.
You will manage lead communication across WhatsApp, Instagram and phone calls, working from a structured but natural script. You are not expected to pitch or close deals, your job is to make sure the right leads are sitting on the right calls at the right time.
This role is ideal for someone who is hungry, loves talking to people, thrives on targets, and wants to grow within a high-earning sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to all new inbound WhatsApp enquiries within 15 minutes during working hours
• Send structured WhatsApp message flows to new leads, covering key development highlights and investment benefits
• Make outbound phone calls to leads who have not responded to WhatsApp messages within 2 hours
• Follow up persistently with leads who have gone quiet via both WhatsApp, phone & Instagram
• Qualify leads based on budget, unit preference, and investment intent
• Book and confirm calls between qualified leads and our senior sales consultant
• Re-engage leads from our existing CRM database of 2,500+ investors when new developments are launched
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records within our CRM (Go High Level)
• Provide daily updates on lead activity, call bookings, and pipeline status
What We Are Looking For
• Based in Dubai with the right to work in the UAE
• Fluent in English both written and spoken, to a professional standard
• Confident, clear, and natural on the phone — you must be comfortable making outbound calls without hesitation
• Fast and responsive on WhatsApp — you understand that speed is everything in sales
• Resilient and persistent — you do not give up after one unanswered message
• Highly organised and self-motivated — you manage your own pipeline and hit your targets without being chased
