Job Details

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate, strong market knowledge, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in Dubai real estate.
* Conduct property viewings and presentations.
* Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
* Market and promote property listings through online and offline channels.
* Negotiate offers and close transactions professionally.
* Stay updated with Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market developments.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience.
* Strong knowledge of Dubai’s ready and off-plan property market.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* UAE Driving License is preferred.
* RERA certification is an advantage.
