Position Summary
The Building Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations, maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of the building while ensuring tenant satisfaction and smooth facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily building operations and maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lifts, and fire safety systems.
• Conduct regular building inspections and follow up on repairs and snagging works.
• Handle tenant complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Supervise housekeeping, cleaning, and security staff.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance and AMC works.
• Monitor utility usage including DEWA and HVAC consumption.
• Maintain maintenance logs, inspection reports, and incident records.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Municipality and Civil Defense regulations.
• Respond to emergencies such as water leakage, power failure, or fire incidents.
• Support unit handover, inspections, and tenant move-ins.
• Assist management with operational reporting and cost control.
Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building or facilities operations.
• Knowledge of maintenance systems and building operations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and contractors.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
