About Us:
We are a boutique real estate company specializing in property sales, leasing, and client advisory services in Dubai. With a small, fast-paced team of professionals, we value efficiency, professionalism, and a collaborative work environment. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our daily operations and assist with property-related administrative tasks.

Role Overview
We are looking for an organized, intelligent, and detail-oriented Secretary / Administrative Assistant to support the executive team and perform other office operations. The role involves administrative coordination, client communication, property listing support, and research related to the real estate market.
 
This position is ideal for someone professional, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small office with a dynamic workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
* Manage daily administrative duties including filing, documentation, and scheduling.
* Handle emails, calls, and communication on behalf of the office.
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, contracts, and property documents
* Conduct research on real estate trends, property information, and market data.
* Coordinate calendars: property viewings, meetings, follow-ups, and reminders.

Real Estate Coordination:
·      Assist with property listing documentation and online listings
·      Maintain organized records of properties, clients, and transactions
·      Coordinate with agents, property owners, and service providers when required
·      Support preparation of sales and leasing paperwork

Office Coordination:
* Keep the office organized and ensure smooth daily operations.
* Greet and assist visitors professionally.

Hospitality & Meeting Support:
·      Prepare meeting spaces before client appointments
·      Offer coffee, tea, or refreshments to clients and team members during meetings
·      Maintain a clean and welcoming meeting environment before and after appointments

Qualifications:
·      Bachelor’s degree in any field
·      Fluent English (written and spoken)
·      Farsi knowledge is an advantage
·      Strong organizational and research skills
·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
·      Professional attitude with strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:
·      Prior experience in real estate, administrative, or secretary roles
·      Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
·      Positive attitude and willingness to learn
