A growing real estate company in Dubai is looking for a highly organized and proactive Property Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operational activities related to properties, handovers, rentals, listings, viewings, CRM management, investor-related property coordination, and operational follow-up.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the Dubai real estate market, has strong operational and organizational skills, and is capable of maintaining oversight across multiple properties, operational tasks, and ongoing follow-ups simultaneously.
The position requires strong communication skills, practical problem-solving abilities, operational discipline, follow-up, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinating property handovers, inspections, operational readiness, and follow-up activities related to completed units and properties.
• Organizing and coordinating property viewings, schedules, access arrangements, and property preparation for clients, tenants, buyers, and external parties.
• Ensuring properties are properly cleaned, maintained, prepared, and operationally ready before viewings, handovers, move-ins, or related activities.
• Coordinating snagging, maintenance requests, contractor visits, repair follow-ups, and operational property-related tasks where required.
• Monitoring the operational readiness and status of units, properties, and listings to ensure smooth operational execution and follow-up.
• Coordinating with the administrative team regarding listings, uploads, availability updates, CRM updates, and operational property information.
• Updating and maintaining CRM systems, operational updates, property statuses, unit records, viewing updates, and related information accurately.
• Maintaining strong oversight and understanding of CRM systems and ensuring operational updates and follow-ups are properly coordinated across departments.
• Supporting operational coordination related to rentals, tenant move-ins, move-outs, property readiness, and investor-related follow-up activities.
• Supporting property-related market research, project research, rental research, and area analysis related to Dubai real estate activities and investment opportunities.
• Supporting investors and property owners with rental coordination, furnishing coordination, move-in preparation, utility setup, POA processes, property readiness, and operational follow-up related to their investments and properties.
• Coordinating with tenants, buyers, brokers, contractors, service providers, developers, and external parties regarding operational matters where required.
• Conducting operational property checks, inspections, and operational follow-ups where necessary.

• UAE real estate experience is considered an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
