Job Details

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Property Manager to manage the CEO’s real estate portfolio while actively handling property sales, purchases, and closing deals to generate commission income.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage properties and clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Property Management
Manage and oversee the CEO’s residential and commercial properties.
Coordinate property maintenance, tenants, renewals, and inspections.
Handle rental agreements, tenant communications, and property documentation.
Coordinate with contractors, maintenance teams, and service providers.
Ensure properties are properly maintained and occupied.
Sales & Business Development
Source potential buyers, investors, and tenants.
Handle property sales and purchase transactions from inquiry to closing.
Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
Negotiate deals and finalize agreements.
Generate commission-based business opportunities for the company.
Build strong relationships with property owners, brokers, and investors.
Administrative & Reporting
Prepare property and sales reports for management.
Maintain proper client databases and transaction records.
Coordinate with legal consultants, banks, brokers, and government authorities when required.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years experience in Dubai real estate market.
Strong knowledge of property sales, leasing, and property management.
Experience in closing real estate deals independently.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
