We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential buyers and investors, promoting real estate properties, and strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads and databases
Introduce and promote available real estate properties and projects
Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budget, and preferences
Schedule property viewings and appointments for the sales team
Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and close deals
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
Achieve sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis
