Role Overview
The Property Consultant is responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and landlords. The role requires strong market knowledge, daily field activity, and disciplined reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries and qualify leads (phone, WhatsApp, website, walk-in).
Conduct property viewings across Dubai and update client records.
Maintain knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and market trends.
List properties with accurate details, photos, videos, and descriptions.
Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants/buyers professionally.
Manage the full leasing/sales process—viewing → offer → negotiation → contract → Ejari/formalities.
Coordinate with admin team for contracts, documents, marketing, and listing updates.
Follow company CRM daily and submit end-of-day report (viewings, leads, follow-ups).
Meet monthly targets for leads, viewings, and closures.
Collect a minimum of 7–10 NOCs / Marketing Authorizations from landlords every month to maintain updated and exclusive listings for the company
Provide high-quality customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Represent the company professionally during meetings and inspections.
Requirements
Experience in UAE real estate is an advantage; fresh applicants also considered.
Strong communication skills and confident client presentation.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Knowledge of CRM, property portals, WhatsApp Business.
Fluent in English; Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is an advantage.
Willing to travel across Dubai and work in a target-based environment.
