We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties
Conduct property viewings and present properties to potential clients
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and financing options
Prepare and manage listings, contracts, and real estate documentation
Negotiate offers and close transactions in the best interest of clients
Build and maintain a strong client base through networking and follow-ups
Coordinate with developers, landlords, and other agents
Stay updated on real estate market trends and regulations
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Sales Executive (preferred)
Valid real estate license (is an advantage)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
