Job Title: Real Estate Broker – Commission Based (Dubai)
Company Overview:
We are a growing real estate brokerage based in Dubai, committed to delivering outstanding service, expert market knowledge, and professional guidance to our clients. We specialize in residential and commercial properties across Dubai’s most dynamic communities.
As we expand, we are looking for experienced and motivated Real Estate Brokers to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Actively source new listings (sales & rentals) through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct property viewings and maintain up-to-date listings.
• Provide professional advice on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and integrity.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads promptly.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and landlords.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in real estate in Dubai (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Valid UAE Driving License and access to a car.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market and RERA laws.
• RERA certification is a plus (or willing to obtain).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
