We are looking for the best of the best to represent our values as a company. We have the goal to be the best real estate company in Dubai.
• Industry-Leading Platforms & Marketing Tools
o Access to top property listing portals, including Bayut & Property Finder
o Access to Property Monitor Platform for real-time market insights
o Business branding support, including business cards, email setup, and property signs
• Lead Generation & Marketing Support
o Funded campaigns for specific projects every two weeks, where all leads are exclusive to the assigned agent
o Off-plan leads with top 4 developers, ensuring consistent high-quality opportunities
• Administrative & Training Support
o Full-time admin support for contracts (A2A), documentation, and paperwork handling
o 24/7 mentorship from experienced managers to guide you through deals and negotiations
o Legal & market training to educate new agents on contracts, property trends, and client interactions
• Media & Content Creation
o Professional filming, editing, and photography for property listings, open houses, and events
o Social media content scheduling and strategy to enhance personal branding and engagement
• Personal & Professional Growth
o One-on-one shadowing and training with senior managers for viewings and client meetings
o Quarterly performance-based bonuses and annual awards for top performers
What We Expect from the Agents
Success at Monarch Hill requires dedication, professionalism, and a proactive mindset. Our agents are expected to meet the following criteria:
• Essential Requirements
o Must own a laptop for property searches, emails, and client communications
o Must have a car for property viewings and client meetings
o Must have a valid UAE visa
• Professional Mindset & Work Ethic
o Must be highly motivated and hungry for success
o Must demonstrate punctuality and reliability
o Dress in formal/business attire at all times to maintain a professional image
o Always be proactive and take initiative—waiting around is not an option
