Job Details
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Customer Experience Executive to manage incoming enquiries, support our real estate agents, nurture potential clients, and ensure a smooth customer journey from the first enquiry to after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead Management & Customer Communication
-Respond promptly and professionally to incoming leads from property portals, WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and other channels.
-Understand customer requirements and gather essential information, including property preferences, budget, location, and timeline.
-Qualify and prioritize leads before assigning or forwarding them to the appropriate sales agents.
-Ensure every enquiry receives timely attention and proper follow-up.
🔹 Sales Team Support
-Coordinate with sales agents to ensure leads are followed up on and customer requests are addressed.
-Schedule property viewings, appointments, and client calls.
-Maintain accurate customer information, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
-Remind agents of pending follow-ups and help ensure no potential opportunity is missed.
🔹 Lead Nurturing & Customer Journey
-Follow up with prospective clients who are not yet ready to buy or rent.
-Maintain regular communication with warm leads and re-engage inactive prospects.
-Assist customers throughout the journey, from initial enquiry and property viewing to negotiation and transaction completion.
-Coordinate with relevant teams to support documentation, transaction updates, and after-sales enquiries.
-Help maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
🔹 CRM & Process Improvement
-Keep customer records, communication history, and next actions updated.
-Monitor response times and follow-up deadlines.
-Prepare basic reports on incoming leads, follow-ups, appointments, and customer engagement.
-Support the implementation of CRM automations and AI-powered lead qualification tools to improve efficiency and customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
-Experience in customer service, sales coordination, lead management, or real estate administration.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp, phone, and email.
-Familiarity with CRM systems such as monday. com is an advantage.
-A proactive mindset, with the ability to coordinate multiple enquiries and follow-ups.
-Experience in Dubai real estate is an advantage.
