ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our Dubai brokerage team, with preference given to candidates fluent in Russian, French, or English.
You will connect clients with suitable properties, generate business opportunities, manage property listings, and guide buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through sales and leasing transactions.
Previous sales experience is valued, alongside a genuine interest in real estate, strong communication skills, and the drive to succeed in a results-focused environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, and company channels.
- Follow up promptly on enquiries and maintain clear communication with clients.
- Understand clients’ requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
- Source properties and secure listings from owners, landlords, and developers.
- Present suitable secondary-market, off-plan, and leasing opportunities.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings and project presentations.
- Negotiate offers and support transactions through completion.
- Maintain accurate property listings and updated availability and pricing.
- Record client interactions, viewings, offers, and transaction progress in the CRM.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, property owners, developers, and partners.
- Work towards agreed individual targets for activity, conversion, and revenue.
- Coordinate transaction documentation and commission records with Administration and Finance.
- Follow company procedures and applicable real estate regulations.
- Stay informed about Dubai property developments, market trends, and pricing.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous sales experience; Dubai real estate brokerage experience is preferred.
- Fluency in Russian, French, or English is preferred.
- Genuine enthusiasm for building a career in real estate brokerage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach to prospecting and following up on leads.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to transaction documentation.
- Confidence using CRM systems, property platforms, and digital communication tools.
- A client-focused approach and commitment to professional conduct.
- An existing network of clients, property owners, or developers is an advantage.
