The role involves finding suitable properties, marketing listings, negotiating deals, and providing professional guidance to clients throughout the real estate transaction process.
Key Responsibilities
Property Sales and Rentals: Assist clients in buying, selling, renting, and leasing properties.
Client Consultation: Understand clients’ requirements, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable properties.
Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property tours for prospective buyers and tenants.
Property Listings: Prepare and maintain property listings, photographs, descriptions, and marketing materials.
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through networking, online platforms, referrals, and cold calling.
Negotiation: Negotiate prices, rental terms, and contract conditions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Market Research: Monitor property prices, market trends, and competitor listings to provide accurate advice.
Documentation: Coordinate offers, tenancy agreements, sales contracts, and other relevant paperwork.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up on leads to generate repeat business and referrals.
Transaction Coordination: Liaise with property owners, buyers, tenants, mortgage providers, developers, and legal professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that property transactions comply with applicable real estate laws, licensing requirements, and industry regulations.
Sales Targets: Achieve individual or team targets for property sales, rentals, and commission revenue.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
