Golden Gateway Real Estate Brokers LLC is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Off-Plan Property Consultant to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai.
We are seeking a sales professional who understands the Dubai real estate market, enjoys building client relationships, and can convert qualified prospects into successful property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
> Promote and sell off-plan residential and investment properties across Dubai.
> Follow up with prospective buyers and investors through calls, meetings, and other communication channels.
> Understand client budgets, investment objectives, and property preferences.
> Arrange property presentations and meetings with prospective clients.
> Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up consistently.
> Build relationships with clients, developers, and relevant industry contacts.
Requirements:
1. Previous real estate sales experience in Dubai is preferred.
2. Experience in off-plan property sales is a strong advantage.
3. Good knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, and property investment opportunities.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
5. Target-oriented, proactive, and professionally presented.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
