Job Details

Al Badeea Real Estate L.L.C. is looking for an experienced, professional, and customer-focused Female Property Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong property management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage tenant relations and daily property operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage residential and commercial rental properties and maintain good relationships with tenants and property owners.
- Handle tenant enquiries, complaints, requests, and follow-ups professionally.
- Manage tenancy contracts, renewals, lease agreements, and move-in/move-out procedures.
- Follow up on rental payments, outstanding balances, rental cheques, and tenant requirements.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain accurate tenant records, property documents, and management reports.
- Coordinate with leasing, accounts, maintenance, and other departments.
- Communicate with tenants through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai rental regulations and company policies.
- Handle tenancy disputes and lease violations professionally, escalating legal matters to management when required.
- Monitor daily property management activities and ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements

- Female candidates only.
- Minimum 4 years of property management experience; UAE real estate experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Dubai tenancy procedures and rental regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience with property management software such as Analyst or PACT is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, manage customer expectations, and work under pressure.
- Professional attitude with strong follow-up and decision-making skills.
