Company: Rota Prime Estates L.L.C.

Location: Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Job Description

Are you an experienced Dubai real estate broker looking for a company that provides warm leads instead of expecting you to find every client yourself?

Rota Prime Estates is a Dubai-based, RERA-registered real estate brokerage specializing in off-plan property investments.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for an experienced, Turkish-speaking Real Estate Broker with strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market and proven sales experience.

Our biggest advantage: We bring the leads. You focus on closing deals.

Through ongoing digital marketing campaigns targeting Turkish-speaking property investors, we generate warm leads from potential buyers who have already expressed interest in Dubai real estate.

Our brokers can focus on client relationships, property presentations, and closing sales rather than relying entirely on cold calling or personal networks.

What We Offer

* 50% Sales Commission: Attractive commission structure rewarding successful sales.
* Warm Leads Provided: Company-generated inquiries from potential investors interested in Dubai properties.
* Marketing Support: Ongoing digital advertising campaigns generating new investor inquiries.
* Leading Developers: Access to off-plan projects from Dubai’s major property developers.
* Office & Equipment: Professional office environment in JVC, company computer, and business phone.
* CRM & Administrative Support: Organized sales pipeline, client tracking, and operational assistance.
* Employment Benefits: Employment visa and health insurance.
* Growth Opportunities: Join a growing brokerage with a strong focus on the Turkish-speaking investment market.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact and manage company-generated leads.
* Understand clients’ investment objectives, budgets, and property preferences.
* Recommend and present suitable off-plan investment opportunities.
* Conduct client meetings, online presentations, and developer site visits.
* Negotiate and close property sales.
* Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in the company CRM system.
* Stay informed about new project launches, developer promotions, prices, and payment plans.
* Coordinate reservations, booking forms, and sales documentation.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai (mandatory).
* Fluent Turkish (mandatory).
* Good command of English.
* Proven experience closing property sales.
* Strong understanding of Dubai’s off-plan market, developers, and payment plans.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Ability to manage multiple client relationships and follow up consistently.
* Experience using CRM systems.
* RERA Broker Card preferred.
* UAE driving licence preferred.
