Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Agent / Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You will assist buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors in finding the right property solutions while contributing to the growth of our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their needs.
Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site visits.
Provide clients with market insights, property details, and investment opportunities.
Negotiate offers and guide clients throughout the sales process.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, new projects, and regulations.
Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Requirements:

Previous experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or a similar sales role is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluent English communication skills with a professional accent.
Candidates who speak additional languages such as Russian, Spanish, Arabic, French, Chinese, or other languages are highly encouraged to apply.
Ability to work independently, achieve targets, and manage client relationships.
Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
