Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Architect with 2-3 years of experience, specializing in projects within the Dubai Development Authority (DDA) jurisdiction. The ideal candidate must have expertise in Gross Floor Area (GFA) calculations and DDA regulations to optimize saleable areas while ensuring full compliance with local building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop architectural designs in strict adherence to DDA regulations and Dubai building codes.
• Optimize GFA calculations to maximize saleable/leasable space while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for approvals.
• Liaise with DDA and other authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Work closely with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure alignment with design intent.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate laws, zoning regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience as an Architect.
• Proven expertise in DDA regulations, GFA calculations, and maximizing saleable areas.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and architectural software.
•Strong knowledge of 3D modeling, architectural visualization, and rendering software.
•Ability to produce high-quality 3D visualizations, photorealistic renders, and walkthroughs, with a strong understanding of materials, lighting, textures, camera composition.
• Experience in commercial and residential projects.
• Strong analytical skills to optimize building layouts efficiently.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
