Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of residential properties
• Conduct property viewings, meetings, and open houses
• Generate and manage leads through marketing, networking, referrals, and company-provided leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Provide professional market insights and property guidance
• Prepare and present offers and negotiate terms
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful transactions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, property regulations, and trends
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales or leasing process

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing is an advantage
• Candidates with sales experience in any industry are encouraged to apply
• Freshers can also apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and closing skills
• Strong interest in real estate and client service
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Minimum education: High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets
• UAE real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory
